This place was not quite what we were expecting, but offered an interesting experience. Positives: * Nice rooms and quiet location. The people working there had smiles on their faces and offered good service. The Cenotes and surrounding areas were beautiful and well maintained. * Seems to work well for families. Negatives/important info: * Food service stops at 1400, do not expect to eat dinner here, although they did assist us with food delivery. * Far away from everything. Go here if you drive yourself, or if you want a relaxed stay and have dinner plans in order before hand. * The hotel have trusted taxis who know the way. I recommend using these to avoid trouble of you don't drive yourself.

Out of the way, excellent for birding and walks around ancient Mayan Cenotes and ““mu’ul”( hill). Great service delicious breakfasts, very reasonably priced on top of free cereal and toast! Coffee is made in a pot! We took the glamping option with hot shower electricity and ac! All very well kept, clean and comfortable. A small swimming pool! Very pleasant staff, who sent directions on morning of travel. We went to archeological site of Ek Balam. We drove through all the pueblos to get there, faster than going on the main roads. Ask at desk for directions. Watch out for Toppes! Such a good place. Take binoculars!

DO NOT TAKE THE CANCUN HIGHWAY TO GET HERE!!!! OK now that I have warned you, you have to take another road and head to Yalcobá from Valladolid (if you come FROM Merida) Super nice little hotel with great amenities, restaurant does not have a service in the afternoons and in the mornings you just have cereal, coffe and small options to purchase. People are SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY, so don't be rude and leave a nice tip, it's totally worth it. Cenotes are not very good options for swimming but they ARE AMAZING! Little dog guide will accompany you while you're touring the zone, they have a nice pool and overall a great nature experience. Wifi just covers lobby and some close areas. Thank you everyone in the hotel for this amazing experience!!!

Excellent accommodation away from civilization – perfect for a peaceful vacation. Very affordable prices, and booking through Booking.com includes breakfast. The stay includes access to a swimming pool and two cenotes, with a third one planned for the future. Unfortunately, there is no gluten-free breakfast option, but Josmar and Ivan were very helpful and arranged a vegetable salad as an alternative. Breakfast is simple – toast, cereal, butter, jam, “maple” syrup, coffee/tea. For some, the remote location might be a downside – there are no restaurants or places to go for dinner or drinks. Booking states that the front desk speaks English and Spanish, but unfortunately, we couldn’t communicate in English with anyone and gentleman who was at front desk in the evening and doing check in with us wasn’t very helpful. Luckily, Google Translate came to the rescue.

Six members of our family, including two grandsons, recently stayed here. If you carefully follow the directions given by the staff, it is easy to find. Just don't make the rookie mistake of assuming there is access from the toll road. The rooms were modern, very nice, and very clean. Very large covered private patio to sit outside and listen to the birds. Everyone in the family walked the two nature trails and swam in both cenotes. We were amazed by the number of bird species on our morning walk around the very extensive property. We will be back.

This is a hidden gem. Spa like feel with beautiful landscaping and a large pool and common areas with shade from trees and structures. Access to cenotes on the property included. The room was modern and spotless. The staff were wonderful.
